Communications to customers must be regular and relevant. To avoid spamming costumes with unwanted information or taking their time to tell them things they don’t want to know, businesses need to know their customers’ individual concerns, interests, and needs. A detailed customer profile database should be the basis of whether or not to reach out to a customer with information about a new product or service.
